The ITL Health Story
ITL Health first launched in Ireland and the UK with our flagship product, MAG365. After winning multiple awards and becoming the leading magnesium supplement in these regions, ITL Health expanded globally. Now, with products manufactured in Ireland and Canada and distributed worldwide, we continue to grow through ongoing product innovation, offering a range of high-quality magnesium-based supplements that support evolving health needs.
A Family Affair
ITL Health was founded by George Esser, an innovator and philanthropist with a vision to help people live their best lives. Beyond crafting quality supplements and promoting health education, George actively supports a shelter he founded for the unhoused in Sarnia, Ontario in Canada.
ITL Health is now led by Meaghan Esser and Lynae Morningstar, George's daughters, while he focuses on streamlining manufacturing processes to reduce waste and energy consumption. We take pride in being a women-led company committed to product purity and environmental sustainability.

Meg Esser
Co-Owner, VP of Marketing & Sales
After a decade of operating her own nutritional consulting practice, Meg joined her family’s growing supplement company, ITL Health, in 2019. Her extensive experience in nutrition, combined with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a passion for evidence-based wellness, made her a valuable addition to the team. Meg is also an avid traveler and the proud mother of three boys—enthusiastic MAG365 users who help keep her grounded and inspired.
Lynae Morningstar
Co-Owner, VP Operations & Procurement in Management
With a natural entrepreneurial spirit and a background in Business Administration, Lynae has been immersed in small business from an early age. She brought her experience in business ownership and passion for wellness to ITL Health in 2017, where she quickly became integral to the company’s growth. Since then, she has led product development and logistics with dedication. Outside of work, Lynae enjoys life with her three children and two spirited Chinese Crested dogs.

When we decided to donate £0.10 from every bottle of magnesium sold to nonprofits, it was an easy choice to first focus our efforts on The Sanctuary, a shelter for the houseless founded and managed by our own George Esser.
The Sanctuary is a shelter for the houseless located in the basement of a former YMCA facility, owned and operated by River City Vineyard Church in Sarnia, Ontario. It receives no government funding and relies entirely on community donations.
